Ruth Gissa, MRE, CRS, ABR, GRI, CDPE & REO certified
Ruth’s experience and knowledge as a Real Estate Professional includes marketing, financing, sellers and buyer representation. She never loses sight of the fact that honesty, loyalty, understanding, creativity, and accountability are what set her apart from the majority of agents. When the market slowed down in 2008 she started to offer property management services and is managing between 50 & 60 properties. She guarantees impeccable service!
Ruth never tells a person what they want to hear if it’s not reality. The only way she can enter into a client relationship is if she is certain that what is expected of her can be accomplished. Her honest approach to business has helped propel her career to greater heights.
Born in Hanau, Germany, Ruth moved with her family to Colorado Springs in August 1997. Since December 2003 Ruth is an American citizen! In 2005 she learned how to ride a motorcycle and had a Harley Davidson Softail Deluxe for many years.
Ruth invests in and believes completely in the value of Real Estate. She genuinely likes working with people, particularly when they are under stress and needing guidance about how to find a sense of “home” in their new community. She is able to help in many ways and likes to give her costumers a first feeling of “welcome”. She can show a house in its best light, using her outgoing personality and creative and visual abilities to help others see how a house will fit their needs. She has an abundance of energy and always goes the extra mile to assist her clients.
Ruth attended Jones Real Estate College in Colorado Springs for her Real Estate education and licensing. She is a member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors®, the Colorado Association of Realtors®, the National Association of Realtors®, the Council of Residential Specialists® and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Ruth obtained her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) certificate, her MRE (Master of Real Estate) certificate, her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) certification, her ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) certification, her CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and the REO certified designation. Ruth understands the importance of education and staying current in her field.
As an involved resident of the community, Ruth is very knowledgeable of the area and can fill you in on all of the little details that make Colorado Springs so unique. This has enabled Ruth to find the right buyers for her sellers and the right properties for her buyers/tenants.
She is a member of the Peak Producers 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024 - which consists of area real estate agents in the top 10% of their field, based on volume of listing and sale transactions in the Pikes Peak MLS.
